Yoga and meditation are holistic in nature. When practised, they bring about ‘higher’ scale changes in the quality and quantity of our energy. However, they can also be employed to address specific issues such as physical ailments or emotional stress. But they may be medium term or longer term solutions depending on the seriousness of the issue. Having said that, to begin with, a minimum number of six classes is important to identify the strength of it.
Our classes different combine a mix of pranayama, bio energetic movements, yoga flows and chakra balancing methods to the balance our energies. Both drop in sessions and structured courses are available.
